About foundation

NIKTA BULGARIA FOUNDATION is a non-governmental organization, established in 2020. The foundation shall not be limited by a term. The foundation shall be created for the implementation of activities in private favor. The main tasks are to gratuitously provide for raw materials and goods to trade organizations and enterprises against the obligation of the latter to finance infrastructural projects of the Foundation related to its purposes; rendering assistance to the municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria for the development and approval of infrastructural projects in the field of health care, education, science, culture, techniques, technologies and physical culture, social integration and preservation of environment, financed by European funds; implementation of the approved infrastructural projects in the sphere of health care, education, science, culture, techniques, technologies and physical culture, social integration and preservation of environment financed by European funds; provision of gratuitous financing of the municipalities, public organizations and institutions for the implementation of infrastructural projects in the sphere of health care, education, science, culture, techniques, technologies and physical culture, social integration and preservation of environment; implementation of printing activities and publication for the popularization of the activities of the Foundation. The Foundation’s sources of funds come from the incomes, assets and donations as well as EU and world funds absorptions and incomes related to the Foundation’s programs. The Foundation focus is on encouraging the cooperation between the society, the business, national and local authorities aiming to improve people’s quality of life and development opportunities.
